Your PSSR is your local contact for all your parts and service needs.
They travel throughout a designated service area providing consultation and an ongoing, free inspection program of your Caterpillar® equipment.
Through many years of experience and training, your PSSR understands all the facets of your equipment wear.
They can identify and recommend where preventative maintenance action by the machine operator will improve the overall efficiency of your machine right through to providing you with a comprehensive quotation for replacement parts and/or remedial service will improve your machine’s performance.
Either way, your PSSR is the key to repair before failure that could save you expensive downtime in the long run.
