KEEP INFORMED OF YOUR PURCHASE HISTORY
Document Review is an application within PartStore™ that allows you to search, retrieve, view, download and save documents related to your parts purchases made through your PartStore connection.
If you are already an approved PartStore user, Document Review allows you to search our Dealer Business System (DBS) for invoices using the following criteria:-
- Customer Account Number
- Store Location
- Invoice Type
- Date Ranges
- Part Number
- Order Number or Reference Number
- Equipment Data
- Equipment Serial Number
The search results can be downloaded into a file that you can import into a spreadsheet application, such as Microsoft Excel or Access.
CORE TRACKING
Core Tracking is another functionality of PartStore and is related to the Cat® Reman parts product. When you buy a remanufactured part, Cat asks for the old part to be returned for use in making a new remanufactured part. You pay the unit price plus the core charge for a remanufactured part. Later, when you return the old part, all or part of the core charge is refunded according to inspection guidelines and criteria.
PartStore Web allows you to check which of your cores are outstanding and which cores have been returned to us. When you are an authorised PartStore user, Core Tracking is a service we are glad to make available for you.
